Breakfast
At the English House we believe that breakfast
is the most important meal of the day and strive to make it an elegant,
gourmet affair that can rarely be matched. Breakfast is served in
the Surrey Tea Room for all guests. We pride ourselves on our fresh
ingredients and baking. Herb and vegetable gardens are located on
site and only fresh and local produce is used in baking and cooking
whenever possible. Breakfast always includes a fresh fruit platter,
desserts, scones, muffins, or bread all baked daily. Rich coffee
and tea are served alongside a tempting light first course followed
by a rich second main course and a sumptuous dessert. Attention
to detail is something that is never missed; fine china, candlelight,
and gourmet cooking will make you fall in love with the pleasures
of a bygone era.

~ fresh blueberry and organic yogurt parfait with granola
~ cherry scones with lemon zest and almond glaze
~ stuffed French toast with apricots and walnuts with an orange
zest glaze
